When you first enter the house, you'll be greeted by a large kitchen with a dining area and living area with a ton of windows surrounding area. The windows and open floor plan shine natural sunlight for family gatherings. The oversized primary bedroom with a large ensuite has double sinks and a spacious walk-in shower that is a treat after a long day at the beach. Tons of deck space out front to sit and take in sunsets; the additional living space downstairs is perfect for grilling. Dining here is a perfect way to end the day with the lull of the ocean breeze. The fully fenced back is a safe place for playing without having to worry about kids or children.

Cancellation Policy: Guest receives 100% (less cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 90 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

No access is granted without a rental agreement being signed by the guest - even if paid in full. We require your mailing address, full names, and ages of all individuals staying at the home, DL license, or other govt. issued ID, a selfie, and vehicle information.
We are a local full-service property management company with a knowledgeable staff who can help you plan your visit to the island. We are available to answer all your questions before, during, and after your visit. A staff member is always on call 24/7/365 to respond to any issues during your stay.
Guests must be 25 years or older to reserve, must occupy the property during the rental period, and be the person responsible for the group. Individuals may not rent on behalf of others.
No events, prom, graduation, or parties of any sort with prior written approval. Additional fees may apply.
