Nestled in on the quiet West end of Galveston This house has everything you need to make your vacation to the beach PERFECT!!

This 4 bedroom 3 bath house has tons of outdoor living space from the fenced-in Courtyard downstairs with a large table that seats 10, a Bar, and a Tiki Table for those late-night conversations. The entry for each level is only from the outside.

Enjoy the spacious Living room and Kitchen (fully equipped) upstairs while having great views out the window, or step outside because seeing the ocean will be no problem from the Two large decks on the second floor.

Downstairs you have the Kid's room filled with a, 3 twins a futon, and a T.V with Cable. The Master bedroom is also downstairs with its own private bath and Large Jacuzzi tub for the Parents that just want to relax.

Kids getting too noisy? Send them to the detached Kids Game room fully equipped with, Board Games, and a Chalkboard Table for the kids to write on and take pictures and capture memories. This room can also function as a bedroom with a queen-size bed and a twin bed

Beach Access

Jamaica Beach`s community pool is located next to the City Park on the corner of Jolly Roger Road & Bob Smith Road. Pool season and hours are typically Memorial-Labor Day weekends, Tuesday - Sunday, 10 am - 8 pm (weather permitting). Admittance is $5/person (over age 6). Guests are allowed to bring in a cooler, as long as no glass or alcohol. Please see the Jamaica Beach city homepage for pool updates concerning possible extended days and hours of operation.

No access is granted without a rental agreement being signed by guest and approved by Coastal Waves Vacations LLC - even if paid in full. We require your mailing address, names and ages of all individuals staying at the home, vehicle information, and full pet information for pet friendly homes.

Most single-family homes on the beach are built on pilings. Guests must climb a full set of stairs to reach the first floor/main living area. Please contact us for properties with elevator access or bedrooms on the ground floor. Coastal Waves Vacations has no control over the functionality of elevators.

Check-in must occur in person at the Coastal Waves Vacations, LLC office at 3616 7 Mile Rd., Galveston 77554 between 4:00pm and 5:30pm unless other arrangements have been approved in writing prior to arrival. Late arrivals without approval in writing incur an additional charge in cash due at check-in.
