The Victorian Condo Association charges a mandatory $30 plus tax resort/parking fee for stays of up to 14 days and $70 for stays of 15 to 50 days to be paid at the time of check-in. This fee covers parking for two vehicles for up to two weeks as well as guest wristbands for access to the pools, hot tubs, fitness center, and wifi.
