For those who enjoy spending time on the water, your stay includes a keycard for access to the neighborhood fishing pier and a key to the boat ramp, conveniently located just across the street from the home. With a spacious four-car driveway, if your boat fits, we encourage you to bring it along for your coastal adventure! (NO boat is provided with rental of this home)
Inside, The Perch is furnished and decorated with a relaxed coastal feel, creating a welcoming space to kick back after a day of fun. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king bed and an ensuite half bathroom. The bunk room is perfect for kids or additional guests, offering a twin-over-full bunk bed and an extra twin-size trundle bed. Each room is equipped with Smart TV's
The home is fully furnished and equipped with the essentials for a comfortable vacation, including a washer and dryer for your convenience. After a day at the beach, rinse off the sand in the outdoor shower before settling in for a relaxing evening.
