Spectacular home with magnificent Gulf views. You will not want to miss this one! The home is beautifully maintained, looks and feels like new construction. Open concept floor plan with lots of windows and perfect for entertaining or relaxing with family and friends. The multiple areas of outdoor living spaces provide stunning views day and night. Kitchen just updated with new counters and cabinets. The expansive breakfast bar provides additional seating for 4 people. Two bedrooms on first floor with master bedroom upstairs from the private covered deck. Either deck is perfect for morning coffee and taking in the sunrise.
The home has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and open floor plan. It is perfect for 2 families with 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, and a sleeper sofa in the living area.
No Pets are allowed at this home. Guest(s) will have access to the community pool.
