Bring the outdoor with the open concept design that extends from the kitchen and living room onto the large back deck through an amazing collapsible glass wall.  The ground floor has an abundance of entertaining areas; there's even a  patio facing the canal with a space to make your own Margarita bar. Did we mention it has a hot tub?  No need to track canal water in the house - there is an outdoor shower for your convenience.

Small dogs, under 25 lbs,  are considered with an additional fee.
