Rose Cove is located in the charming neighborhood of Isla Del Sol, also known as the "little island of the sun". The community boat launch is just 2 houses (340 ft) away. With wetland views on both sides, this home is a paradise for bird watchers! The large area ground floor area is perfect for barbequing and dining. The yard is large enough to set up a volleyball net, throw around the football or frisbee. There is an outdoor shower for your convenience.
Dogs are considered with prior approval and an additional fee.
