This condo is bright, cheerful, beachy, and just a really spiffy condo! This one is perfect for everyone! Birders, relax on the large private balcony and watch Roseate Spoonbills, Egrets, and Herons in their wetland's natural habitat

No access is granted without a rental agreement being signed by the guest and approved by Coastal Waves Vacations LLC - even if paid in full. We require your mailing address, names and ages of all individuals staying at the home, vehicle information, and full pet information for pet-friendly homes.
Coastal Waves Vacations has no control over the functionality of elevators as they are maintained by the condo association.
Spend a wonderful day at the pool or beach at the luxurious Pointe West Beach Club. Pointe West offers numerous amenities including, an infinity pool, a children’s pool, a lazy river (heated in the winter), a fitness center, concierge service, beach rentals, a gift shop, and a restaurant. The Resort is independently run and charges $15 per person, (4 years or older). The use of the Beach Club is optional. The access fee is paid by credit card or cash directly to the Beach Club and is not included in rental rates.
The community is easily walkable. Golf Carts are a great way to get around as well. However, golf carts dune buggies or any other types are vehicles are not allowed on Galveston beaches, dunes, or wetlands; this is city law!
