Tan Camp is a second row beach home, located on Galveston Island`s West End, Spanish Grant community. Home is 4 bedrooms, 4 baths, sleeps 10 & offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico!

This home comes fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances.

The master bedroom features a king size bed and French doors leading out onto the upper balcony. Take a nice long soak in the oversized tub, and enjoy the views of the beach and the Gulf from the balcony and the bath! Two additional bedrooms have queen sized beds, and the fourth bedroom has two bunk beds and is great for kids! Enjoy expansive ocean views while kicking back on the balcony overlooking the cool blue waters of the Gulf. Stunning views from all of the main rooms!

Take a break from the sand and sun on the lower patio and eat a picnic style lunch while enjoying the view and the sound of the waves. With the beach just 330 feet away guests are sure to leave tan and happy!

 

Community of Spanish Grant

Tan Camp is located in Galveston's West End, Spanish Grant Neighborhood. Spanish Grant is 3 miles West of the Seawall.

Spanish Grant is 5.5 miles East of Jamaica Beach`s community pool, which is located next to the City Park on the corner of Jolly Roger Road & Bob Smith Road. Pool season and hours are typically Memorial - Labor Day weekends, Tuesday - Sunday, 10 am - 8 pm (weather permitting). Admittance is $5/person (over age 6). The fridge and jets in master bathroom werent working properly but the owner was easy to get ahold of and work things out with us about the situation. Not only was the owner friendly but so were the neighbors. The house was very clean and spacious, with a balcony view of the beach. I would recommend taking extra toiletries, towels, napkins, etc. I would love to rent this house again and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Date of Stay Jun 8, 2017 Loved Tan Camp It was the perfect set up for families with children. Easy access to beach, plenty of outdoor shade and beach toys. Kitchen was well equipped and house was spotless. Will definitely return!

Must be 25 years of age or older to rent; you may not rent on someone else`s behalf & person paying must the sign agreement.
Agreement holder is ultimately responsible for rental home & anyone they allow unto property, and occupancy limits must be abided by at all times.

All Coastal Waves Vacations properties are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited indoors and on all outdoor balconies.

All properties are self-serving. All bed linens are provided and all beds are made up prior to your stay. Bath towels (one set for each person the property sleeps) are provided. Please bring your own beach/pool towels, additional paper towel and tissue paper for your stay.

One roll of paper towel and one roll of tissue paper per bathroom is also provided. Kitchens are stocked with starter bags, 2 kitchen towels, roll of paper towel & dishwasher pods.

Pet friendly properties typically allow dogs only. Please contact Coastal Waves Vacations with any questions.

Coastal Waves Vacations requests that guests sleeping on top bunk beds not be over 150 pounds and guests sleeping on bottom bunk beds not be over 200 pounds.

Standard check-in time is 4 pm - 5 pm, and standard check-out time is at 11 am.

Coastal Waves Vacations requires cancellations to be made at least 30 days prior to arrival.
